Please extend a special invitation to anyone you know--children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, neighbors, etc.--who attended CCLS at any point during their early childhood or elementary education years. Join us as we celebrate the blessings of a Christian education next Sunday! | | The November Potluck is scheduled for Saturday, November 23rd, at 6:00pm. Potlucks will run throughout Advent on Wednesdays, December 4, 11 and 18. Dinners will begin at 5:30, followed by Midweek Advent service at 6:30. | | Leadership Council Point Person List | The Leadership Council is putting together a listing of names of the Point Person to contact regarding some activities that occur on a regular basis at GLC. In that light, we are not aware of anyone who is taking on the task of caring for the Cry Room with regard to making certain the sheets are changed and fresh and that the toys are kept clean. If anyone is interested in taking on that task, or if you are already taking care of that, please contact the church office or a member of the Leadership team. There also seems to be a need for someone to take on the task of weekly watering of the indoor plants. | | The Music Department will present a Christmas Concert on Sunday, December 8 at 3:00 pm. The organ, piano, choir, dulcimers, violin, and saxophone will be featured as we prepare for the Advent and Christmas celebrations.
